Clark St-Jean Added Value Solutions or AVS was formed in early 2003 out of a need its founders, Tim Clark and Marc St-Jean, identified in the market; A dedicated warehouse club sales agency that had a comprehensive understanding of how these clubs operate and also had the support from Costco senior management to develop such an enterprise.
